day. Most of the user guide is about the console; this group is about everything
that sits above it.
The dashboard
Opening the panel lands you on a set of counters, each linking to what it counts:- Assistants — how many exist, how many are active
- Contacts — everyone the installation has ever talked to
- Channels — how many are configured and how many are connected
- Published flows — flows currently deployed and answering
- Waiting sessions — conversations paused mid-flow, awaiting a reply
- Staff users — people with access to this tenant
