Usage and limits in the admin panel menu shows how much of each limit the workspace uses right now. It is open to anyone who can manage tenant settings, which by default means administrators, the same people who get the limit notices. The figures are those of the moment you opened the page; reload to refresh them.

What it shows

Three cards, each with one row per limit:
  • Records — what the workspace holds at a time: assistants, flows, channels and staff accounts. Deleting a record frees its place.
  • Per period — use that starts again every period, such as active contacts, outgoing messages or calls. The card says when the current period ends (UTC). These figures come from the platform operator, so they appear only where an operator provides them.
  • Storage — the space taken by stored media files.
A row reads “3 of 5” with a bar underneath. The numbers for records and storage are counted by FaPost with the same rule that refuses a new record, so the page and a refusal never disagree: staff accounts do not include deactivated accounts or the platform support user.

What the states mean

If the platform operator offers a way to raise limits (for example an upgrade page), a button appears at the top right of the page. On an installation that has no limits, every row says Unlimited and the page says that no limits are set.

On the dashboard

The administrator’s dashboard has a Limits and usage card with the limits that are closest to being used up, and a link to the full page. It is shown to the same people as the page, and it does not refresh on its own.
