General
Default language — what this assistant answers in when the contact’s own language is unknown. Served countries — which countries this assistant serves. This is not cosmetic: it drives phone-number formats and validation in input nodes. An assistant serving Ukraine validates a phone number differently from one serving Poland, and a contact entering a valid local number should not be told it is wrong. Default flow — what runs when nothing else matches. Without one, a message that triggers no flow produces nothing at all. Fallback message — per language, what the contact hears when the assistant cannot answer. Busy notice — per language, sent when the assistant is still working on the previous message. Leaving it empty is safe: a localised system text is used instead. The busy notice exists because a contact who sends two messages quickly would
otherwise get silence while the first is still running. Silence reads as
broken; a sentence reads as busy.

Three levels, and putting a value at the wrong one is the usual source of “I changed it and nothing happened”:
A language must exist at tenant level before an assistant can default to it.
